Na level is low feeling lethargic
He is under regular medicines of heart( operated CABG in 2004 & Angioplasty in 2016) . Day before yesterday his Na was 129.5 and K was 3.91. One of the suggested to take Resodim Tab to maintain the Na level.
I want to ask is it safe to take this tablet or not. Is there any other way to maintain the Na level. From yesterday I am giving him a glass of coconut water daily.

No need to provide extra sodium if he is taking normal diet. The value you have mentioned is also ok.

The sodium level is not very low. Just restrict free water intake .
