Hello Doctor, My age is 38 high BP medicine I took since more than 10 years my weight is 109 kgs before 5 days I feel mild chest pain my doctor do ecg in which irregular heart found he suggested for angiography report is as below of angiography LMCA Normal LAD type III 3 vessel normal LCX dominant and Normal RCA non dominant and Nirmal Final impression DCMP Mild LV dysfunction LVEF 45% Normal epicardial cornoeries Recommended for medication Management Also lipoprotein (A) is 54 hscrp is 6 Tablet Telmistean +metropolol 25 1/2 per day and Dilfit A150/10 given Sir please suggest is this curable can it be normal please suggest additional medicine or guidence
