I was having a lump on my leg few days back I went to the physician he said that its just a skin infection used t bact ointment. I used it for 2 days and it burst all it's mucus came out but now it becomes a wound.

At this point there are certain things you need to do for healing. The initial lump could have been an abscess which actually needs prompt drainage. I am assuming what you referred to as mucus is what actually is ‘pus’ because you mentioned it became a wound after it came out (and as there are no images of either wound or the discharge.)
1.) Please consult a general surgeon for regular wound cleaning and dressing and also further treatment plan based on the extent of the wound.
2.)Also get your blood sugar levels checked to see if your blood sugar levels are in check.
If it is a simple abscess and it burst, with simple dressing and medications, it can heal beautifully and quickly. But if you had had anything in the line of cellulitis, it can quickly become quite extensive and needs prolonged follow ups. So consult a general surgeon without any delay.
