It's because of venous insufficiency. Cilacar is antihypertensive if u have hypertension then cilacar is okay.

Cilacar is usually a calcium channel blocker prescribe for hypertension ,as u discribe it looks like varicose veins as per my knkwledge it is not concerned with that medication...
