Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins (dairy, egg, chicken etc) reduced carbohydrates (white rice, poha etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc) along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. You cannot target specific areas, fat is lost uniformly, but it may appear to go faster from the areas where you store less than the problem areas. Be consistent and patient. Kindly consult us for a customised diet and workout pl.

Reduce carbohydrates intake of your diet and increase naturally available protein food items Restrict intake of sugar/ desserts/ chocolates/ artificial sweeteners/ aerated drinks Eat on time & never skip meals Eat small but frequent meals (preferably home cooked) Include high fibre food items like oats/ whole grains/ vegetables with peels/ green leafy vegetables Include probiotocs like curd/ buttermilk / unflavoured Greek yogurt
Next Steps
Focus on getting more than 7 hours of well rested sleep - lesser the sleep quality and quantity wise more is the belly fat Do core abs exercises under supervision every alternate day Stress management extremely important - more the stress, more stress hormones get released resulting in more fat deposition around belly
