Scan report"evidence of herniation of free fluid with internal Echoes noted in the right inguinal region and extending in to the right scrotum. Suggestive of right inguinal scrotal hernia" Suggested to pediatrics surgeon openion.. Please suggest is this needed surgery or can be treated with out surgery.,
