Dear Sir,
Recently I have taken LFT in this report My SGOT is 30 and SGPT is 38, My Alkaline Phosphtaste is 64, and GGTP is 63, AG ratio is 1.83, my biliarubamin is 0.4 and direct Bilerubamin is 0.2 and Indirect is 0.20. i am also a frequent drinker, is my liver is having problem, kindly advise my status of liver. i am also non reactive for Hpatitis B, and C.

The LFTs are not going to be abnormal until there is extensive damage to the liver. Frequent drinking is not a good idea.
Next Steps
Get an ultrasound of the upper abdomen. Fatty liver precedes cirrhosis in alcoholic liver disease.
