My jeneral health is trouble my stomatch
Hello doctor I read your suggestion .my further detail .my weight is 75 kg.my right effected polio. It means not to extra walk specially brisk walk.my stomach is also trouble .recently I take bp medicine in regular base Avsar 160/10 in morning and Concor 5 mg in evening. I checked bp in regular base at night .if bp better I avoid night tablet .

Hi , Reducing your wt.by 10 kg,if you can,will reduce your BP, simply by drinking 400 ml. Water just before the breakfast and lunch and dinner.you can try it without any harm/ difficulty.
