My front hair line is decreasing.

I have been suffering from hair loss for many years but this time my frontal hair line is decreasing very badly. I am not using any product for treating it but started to take the Ambay nutrilite cheery plus . Does this product help me with this problem or I should stop to take it. Please reply.
