My female friend is feeling stressed
My friend is overwhelmed with all kinds of emotions. She can't even figure out what is happening with her. Nowadays she experiences excessive food cravings during early morning around 4AM (she usually sleeps at 3am and wake up at 12 pm). Once she wakes up she feels lazy her irritations are at peak like of someone asks her to beat she can beat too. When all emotions are at peak, she starts to shiver and after few hours she feels like she is half dead, no energy is left in her body and she needs to sleep but when tried to sleep, feels like she is half dead. Her energy drops drastically (sometimes slowly too) If she takes bathe due to irritation, she feels better for only 30/40 mins and again she starts experiencing this. And this thing happens in loop everyday. Also note that her period date was 30th May. During period she experiences irritation a week before and after. Please help.

It seems to be clinical depression leading to bullemia, irritation and frustration. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It needs to be addressed in a holistic approach. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi, It sounds like your friend may be experiencing hormonal fluctuations that are affecting her emotions and energy levels. The excessive food cravings, irritability, and shivering could all be symptoms of hormonal imbalances or other underlying health issues. It is important for her to see a doctor or healthcare provider to discuss her symptoms and get a proper diagnosis. In the meantime, she can try to manage her emotions and energy levels by practicing self-care techniques such as meditation, deep breathing exercises, and regular exercise. Eating a balanced diet and getting enough sleep can also help to regulate her hormone levels and improve her overall well-being. It is also important for her to track her menstrual cycles and symptoms to see if there is a pattern or any triggers that may be exacerbating her symptoms. Keeping a journal of her emotions, food cravings, and energy levels can help her identify any patterns and make necessary changes to her lifestyle to improve her overall health and well-being. Encourage your friend to seek help from a healthcare provider as soon as possible to get a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for her symptoms. It is important for her to take care of her mental and physical health and address any underlying issues that may be contributing to her symptoms.

Hi, Emotional and physical health are deeply interconnected, a consult with a General physician and Psychologist will offer the best guidance for everything your friend is going through comprehensively . She will get help to manage and make the changes required for her emotional and physical wellbeing . Cognitive behavioural therapy is known to be effective to manage emotions effectively. Since she experiences significant premenstrual and postmenstrual symptoms, it might be helpful for her to have a medical evaluation by a gynecologist. By practicing sleep hygiene, exercise, a healthy diet , practicing relaxation techniques will help further improve mood and energy levels .
