My face has generated dark patches

Asked for Female, 25 Years

My face has generated dark patches near lips chin and on forehead..The root cause of it is thyroid..I had hypothyroid and have been undergoing a treatment since last few years..thyroid is under control now but my facial skin is badly affected and patches are not going away though I have tried numerous good amount of creams..please help
