Dear client
You are trying to explain nightfall. In scientific terms nocturnal emissions. It is a physiological process. Meaning its perfectly normal.
The other problem of eyes roving to women's bossom is abit of concern.Since when do you feel like it? What is the risk you are ready to take to watch? If you hv landed into trouble and still can't resist then you might need medicine and therapy.
If it is a casual thing that gives you a high oe erection but you enjoy the moment and leave it then its your high sexual drive .probably you don't hv outlet for it.
Next Steps
If the problem gives you alot of guilt then discuss with your psychiatrist.
Sexual dreams can be viewed and treated from various perspectives in therapy.
However, it's important to recognise how and to what extent they are affecting your waking life, social environment, relationship with peers etc.
Next Steps
It may be helpful to share what you've been feeling with a trained Counsellor. Looking into your personal history and other important events linked to that.
