You can give any Paracetamol suspension to control fever. Usually, simple viral fevers settle on their own in 48 - 72 hrs. If the fever persists beyond 2 days, then please take your child to your paediatrician for checkup.

You can repeat the dose of Paracetamol every 6 hour if needed
