Fever cold and cough from yesterday
Hi sir/madam,
My baby girl is 16months old from yesterday onwards she is suffering from cold cough and fever went to hospital doctor suggested meftal p,ectocof,allerone and mega CV .
But after using meftal with in a three hours fever is slowly increasing so in between 6hours Gap.. simultaneously can I use paracetamol drops to baby please suggest me how much ml need to give baby weight is 12kgs.
