i need to ask a few more questions …. you can use syp koftkatch dx 1 ml twice daily … paracetomol drops ( p-100) 1 ml twice daily … no need of antibiotic at present .. mostly viral urti … for nebulations can use asthalin 0.5 ml + 3ml 3% NS thrice daily .. maintain adequate hydration ..continue breast feeding or formulae feed and complimentary feeds
