  4. 2. 6 year old. Plus or only ibugesic?

My daughter is 2 year 5 month old . She has fever 103.8 I gave her ibugesic but fever was not reduced then after 4 hours I gave ibugesic plus then fever reduced and I gave her 3 times . Can I give again ibugesic plus or only ibugesic ? Fever is not there
