My daughter's allergy

Asked for Female, 5 Years

My daughter has developed skin allergy like hives for 4 says now.. we consulted doctor and he has put her on atarax and given ritch cream.. she is all fine.. but her face, lips and eyes looks very swollen and also the rash marks are there in her body though not itchy.. i am really worried. How long will it take to get rid of this rashes completely.. is it something serious !! Pls help me with your suggestions
