Take for local Pediatrician for a gentle genital examination - they may take a swab for fungal microscopy and bacterial culture to confirm whether it's yeast, bacterial infection, or nonspecific irritation Avoid further antibiotics unless clearly indicated - excessive use worsens yeast imbalance Local hygiene measures: Wash the area gently with plain lukewarm water only, no soaps or wipes. Keep the area dry and airy, use loose cotton underwear. If confirmed fungal: short topical antifungal cream  is usually effective.
