My Daughter is suffering from fever past

My daughter is suffering from High fever from past 1 week. Female child 7 year 5 months old. Yesterday done Blood sample testing 18 Jan 2019. Widal Test Report: S. Typhi O 1:320(Positive); S. Typhi H 1:320(Positive) S.Para Typhi "AH"- 1:320(Negative) S.Para Typhi "BH"-1:320(Negative) Malaria Antigen Test - Rapid (whole blood) - Negative. Dengue Virus Antibody - IgG (serum) Negative Dengue Virus Antibody - IgM (serum) Negative Dengue Antigen (NS1) (serum/immunchromatography) Negative Is this typhoid high/Medium/L ow? What is treatment should we follow? Do we need patient hospitalized for further treatment?. Any common medicines, any Food and Water Habits change?
