My BP levels
My BP levels are as follows Day 1 20:00 hrs -- 110/68 pulse 62 Day 2 07:00 hrs -- 110/81 pulse 80 Day 3 07:15 hrs -- 107/76 pulse 72 Day 4 07:15 hrs -- 107/76 pulse 77 Are these normal??...I took these just because Day 0 I had felt very tired and slight uneasiness. Please advice

Your blood pressure schedule is completely normal Don't be panic Plenty of water 5 litres a day minimum to 6 litres maximum Immunity boosting foods like tomato, almond,mix milk with tumeric pepper powder,egg, groundnuts.. Eat more protein and less carbohydrate to matain good balance in our body Thank u..
