My 3 month old baby crp is 115
My 3 month old baby's CRP is 115 mg.. He has had a fever for the last 5 days.. and loose motion also. He just got vaccinated after he got a fever. Even after 4 days his fever is not gone then the doctor asked for a blood test. We did his blood test and found CRP 115mg. Then we admitted him to the hospital. It's been three days now. We can see little improvement and control in fever also. Pls suggest how much more time is required to get him well. Is there anything to be afraid about.

The improvement depends on the child himself and is restricted to the type of infection he is suffering. CRP only shows the severity of infection but not the reason of his infection.
