I have multiple lump in my thigh & arm which are painless,what they are, and how to get rid from this

Usually such painless multiple swellings over limbs are lipomas but i can only say it after seeing the picture
Though these lipomas are usualy not dangerous and doesn't require treatment but i need to know about ur dietary habits and life style pattern. As lipomas are fat so need to see if ur fat metabolism is ok or not.
