My wife is suffering some mussle pain or cremping in her both leg at night in last week. Pl advise me what is reason for that

Cramps can be because of less fluid intake or due to some defeciency also.. let her start takin tablet evion lc daily one after food for 15 days at night.. get her vit b12 and vit d level checked
