Fever from 3days frequently, muscule back pain and cold, headache mbbs prescribed 1stday cefixime and cetrizine+ phenylepinephrine on 3 day lab report taken, in. blood RBC and pcv and platelets counts below the normal slightly no parasites detected

Hello.. Well it seems like viral fever...I would suggest you to make sure that you have food and water well...I would suggest you to continue paracetamol tablet thrice a day for fever and vitamin b complex once a day and continue with cetrizine..Thank you
