Hi, A detailed history may give more idea about the cause of fever. Viral fever is one of the possibilities. You should take plenty of oral fluids, Tab Paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. Tab LCZ 5mg once daily. Investigations: complete blood count, Dengue NS1 antigen, malaria antigen test, liver function test
