My frn is having shoulder and muscle pain in hand and headache. yesterday he got some internal injuries on head and shoulder.

Hello there. I can understand your concern. What kind of injuries are you talking about? Did he have a fall or some accident? As of now just apply a ice pack and give him a tab.
