Muscle pain and headache few days

Sir, I am a patient of high blood pressure and sugar.. last few days I am suffering from muscle pain and headache and consulted with doctor with blood test repprt, advised some medicine. After three days of taking those medicine no improvement shown in my health.. pls check my doctor prescription and test report which is attached.
