Is there any cure for gluteal pain in Ayurveda? I got this pain due to prolonged sitting in hospital bed for 2days - 6 days ago.

Due to prolonged sitting in one position causes spasm and pain. 1:Do slow movement. 2: mild massage with warm oil may help to remove spasm. 3: Drink plenty of water 4: mild stretching exercise. If you do not get relief then go for physical examination.

The best is sit in hot water for sometime. Add salt in hot water.. the pain will go.

This is might be due to muscular spasm . If there is tingling sensation or numbness then it might be due to -sciatica pain
