Hi.. my fasting blood sugar level is 132 and pp blood sugar is 117.. why is it so? I'm I diabetec? Is there any treatment is ayurveda for reversing it ?

No need to worry. Yes ayurved do have treatment which can reverse it but you don't need to take any medicine, just few daily regimen will bring your fasting blood glucose to normal range.

You may be in prediabetic state it can be controlled by diet planning and lifestyle modification. You can do a HbA1c for checking sugar control or GTT for proper diagnosis.

To confirm diabetes, you should repeat fasting blood sugar & HbA1c test. (3-months average sugar Fasting<100& PP<140 are considered normal Life style modifications- Brisk walking 30–45 minutes daily avoid day sleep warm water at night &morning 7hrs proper sleep at night reduce stress do pranayama Eat after 3-4 hrs
