Muscle pain 6mnths
Full body pain specially the shoulders for last six months so im a bit confused hope its not servical pain because it starts from shulder to back .

Neeed to know, type of pain, movement increainfg or decreasing pain, any disturbed sensation, dectaesed movements, particular timins or activities increasing the pain any particular tender point of pain.

Hot Fomentation. Gentle Shoulder Stretching. Core Strengthening Exercises. Gentle Neck Exercises. Avoid sleeping on affected side.. Warm up and cool down is a must.

better you go to some good and PROFESSIONAL sport medicine specialist, to get yourself completely examined. But till then do regular rest , proper streching and PCM along with hot foementation if its responding then good if not Go to specialist sports medicine, rheumatologist or at least orthopaedician

hello to come to a diagnosis i need to know lot many other things too. like nature of pain, till where it spreads, your posture, pain is more in day or by the evening,your family history regarding this pain and lot many others too. so better you go to some good and PROFESSIONAL PHYSIOTHERAPIST, to get yourself completely examined.
