Sir age 22 weight 100 .I am currently walking 10000 steps and having 2 times meal which is veg . and doing no workout .So i just want to know whether i will loose my muscle doing this or build it ?

U have to do various exercises and diet restrictions and few life style modifications....because according to ur age u come under obesity..
So u have to workout, jog, walk, yoga at the same time restrict your eating habits..
