Muscle decay and thigh pain
For last 6-8 months , there is severe pain in my both thigh and buttock area, also muscle decay in thigh and buttock area. I'm suffering from tinea cruris Or jock itch for last 1-2 years. What should I do now???

Can you share picture of the wound area? Basically this type of typical pain in thigh and buttock could be because of spine problem or any nerve compression but that doesn't cause decay of muscle . Please let us know if you are diabetic and if there is any vein enlargement. Detailed evaluation needed . Kindly consult.
