Muscle cramps
Sir my father gets muscle cramps daily. At night its gets severe. What could be the problem? He has vitamin b12 deficiency but treatment for that purpose is going on.

Next Steps
Get your father a good massage,  cramps will disappear.  just that muscles get stiffness for various reasons.  after massage consult a physio for flexibility exercises.

Drink plenty of water, eat green leafy vegetables, beetroot, etc. Go for a short walk daily.
