There are 2 types of medicines. Neutra-ceutical and pharma-ceutical. Neutra-ceutical like A-z and others are not for treatment of any disease. They improve the general well being ( diet supplements) as some nutrients may be lacking in our daily diet. They are not for "medicinal use" As they "don't cure" any illness. Pharma-ceutical are drugs which like anti-biotics and anti-virals that cure some specific disease and hence their use is  called 'medicinal'
Next Steps
neutra-ceutical are add-ons to the regular diet. They can be consumed, nothing to worry✌
