Hello in my opinion you should improve your diet (high protein,eggs walnut ,Almond , beetroot ,citrus fruits).As for multivitamin i suggest muscleblaze has very good outcome…wait for 2 months if not corrected add tab biotin twice daily after 1 month no improvement observed apply redensyl hair serum daily for 3 months.I am sure you will get good result.
