Multivitamin tablet
Hi,
I moved to London 10 days back. It is winter here and no clear sunny days. My friends are asking me to take multivitamin tablets daily for vitamin d. Should i take the centrum multivitamin tablet? Will it cause any side effects?

Hi dear
Yes u can take that and maintain your vitamin D and other levels.
This will help in maintaining but if at all you have deficiency of vit D you need to take higher doses than this initially to replenish the stores .
So please consult and inform if you are suffering from any backache, leg pain , cramps etc.
Coz in that case we need to check your vitamin levels and give the dose appropriately
