Multivitamin recommendation
I am 31. My height is 5 feet and 8.5 inches and my weight is 70kgs. I run 2 kms everyday and so some weight lifting. I am a non vegetarian. I don't have any medical condition. I don't take any any suppliments. I feel pain in my legs and would want to take recommendations for a safe multivitamin that I can take for a month or so
