For vegan Diet will not help much for Vitamin D and B12 , so you have to go for supplements, but for Iron you may do for adding more of Iron rich foods like raisin, beet root, brown rice, roasted channa, Jaggery etc

Hi For the vitamin D you need to take a supplement once a week 60k IU. As its very difficult to increase the levels of Vitamin D with the healthy Vitamin D rich diet. But you can surely include few Vitamin D rich foods in your diet to maintain the lev6el later on ....also for b12 and iron deficiency I would suggest you to include iron and vitamin B12 rich foods in your diet rather than going for a supplement. If you are vegetarian then you go for vitamin B12 supplement as most of the vitamin b 12 comes from non vegetarian diet. And you taking a balanced diet but something must be missing in your diet which has lead to the deficiency so I would suggest you to meet any expert or me for consultation and know what really wrong and what you can include in your diet. If you wanna consult with me then you can opt for a personal chat option or call me or WhatsApp me at the number mentioned on my practo profile. I work online globally so you can have a online or telephonic consultation also...
