Multivitamin
Good day doctor,
Kindly suggest a multivitamin for daily use for a vegetarian.
I have tried multivitamins before but left because it was causing acidity and gerd.
Otherwise also I am prone to issue of repeated acidity on and off .Please suggest a multivitamin which doesn't cause acidity.Do plant based multivitamins are effective as normal ones.
