I just need some reassurance I have been feeling unwell for the past 4 weeks headaches dizziness etc - I do suffer from anxiety however I had got my blood tests done which came back white blood cells but my doctor doesn't seem concerned then yesterday I was getting pain in my back stomach and side I went to the doctors who done a urine test which came back there was blood and white cells again in my urine. Im 28 year old woman who is usually fit and healthy what could this be?
