Multiple endometric cysts
My right ovary has one chocolate cyst of size 36×28 mm and left ovary has multiple chocolate cysts of minimal sizes.
Doctor suggested for laproscopy and then immediate IVF.
Can't I conceive naturally? I haven't went through any ovulation induction upto now. Please suggest
Husband reports are normal and my AMH value is 1.53

Hi
Natural conception chances are low
But u should first go for laparohysteroscooy and then try for
Natural conception for 3 cycles
If not , then go for IVF
