Multicystic dysplastic kidney
My wife is 32 week pregnant and Tuesday this week in routine ultrasound we found our baby have multicystic dysplastic kidney. My baby left kidney has multiple cyst upto 17 mm. Right kidney and amniotic fluid is adequate. We are really worried and tensed about our baby future and would like to know what is the further complication would be.

Don't worry if right kidney is normal and amniotic fluid is adequate than life of baby is not threatened and can proceed with normal delivery with more frequent USG of baby even in post natal period.
