Mucus mixed tiny blood

Asked for Male, 22 Years

IM splitting tiny blood mixed mucus in mornings for past 3 days no cough now blood is coming only if we forcibly splitting mucus it comes only in morning X-ray , sputum test and TB test is normal suggest remedy
