Myself vivek kumar , phd pharmaceutical sciences want to enquire about the liposomal amphotericin B doses in mucormiosis.patient surgery already performed and the infection is localised in PNS only.govt doctors are following a protocol of 1 mg per kg per day IV, I.E for conventional ampho B, But doctors are giving liposomal form which must be 3 mg per kg..Want suggestions..Pls provide any second opinion
