I have lower back pain and right leg pain followed by upper back pain and neck pain should i go for 1. lumbosacral spine mri 2. whole spine screening mri Please guide me

Short term pain in spine are usually mechanical and related to our muscles and bones in the back. Radiation of pain to leg may be a sign of pinching of nerve but it may not need mri right away. A clinical examination would surely be required to know more about ur problem and management can be given on that basis

Whole spine detailed MRI not screening MRI. Don't be hesitant to spend a bit more to know about your own spinal cord and nerves what they are doing while  on the contrast  some people spend so much money on maintaining their own etiquettes in society
