You will need additional investigation to understand whether the fibroids are interfering with pregnancy. You will need hysteroscopy to see the inside of the uterus. Small fibroids don't need removal. The big fibroid is outside the uterine cavity means that too is not interfering with pregnancy.

Small fibroids will not be removed
The large fibroid is outside the uterus will not interfere with pregnancy
Nor will cause any symptoms at this size
