My daughter is 32 years old married. She lost her 1st child at 22 weeks gestation due to severe IUGR. She has 2 fibroids of 2cm and 3 cm each. Small size fibroid is on posterior wall intramural and another one is on anterior right lateral wall intramural that is seen causing mild effacement of endometrial echoes. How should she dissolve these fibroids without any surgery preferably through ayurveda?

Currently there are no known medical treatments known for “dissolving” fibroids completely. Consult a gynaecologist for further help on fertility and discuss whether there were any other reasons for problems in the previous pregnancy.
Next Steps
Consult a gynaecologist to know whether a surgery is essential or not.
