MRI report anal fistula
Does this report mean I don't have anal fistula. I had two abscesses a year back both times resolved with antibiotics no surgical drainage was required. I don't have any issues since then but live in constant overthinking that what if I have a fistula silently.

I wonder if MRI is the first line investigation for a fistula in ano.
A clinical examination is more useful.
