MRI of LUMBOSACRAL SPINE?
At L4/L5 Level there is disc desiccation with superimposed circumferential disc bulge show left side preponderance cause thecal identation and left exiting nerve root impingement as well right traversing nerve root impingement . What does this mean??

Hi it is compressing the nerve root which in turn can cause leg pain. You may benefit from physio first. If you got bladder and bowel problem consult spine surgeon immediately
