MR and MMR vaccine
Hi my 6 months baby is following government vaccines in Telangana. In govt they give 2 doses of MR vaccine. Is that enough or shall we take MMR vaccine in private clinic? What happens if we take 2 MR in Government and 1 MMR in private. Please help

There is no harm in receiving an MMR dose after having already received MR doses. It may even improve your baby's overall immunity status the government MR vaccine does not protect against Mumps. The government prioritises Measles and Rubella because they are more severe and have higher mortality rates, whereas Mumps is generally considered less severe.
